no, not itch – i use VirtualDJ on a netbook with a hercules rmx console. i’ve done vinyl, CDJs, ableton, traktor, serato, and torq and VDJ was my choice because it’s very quick to setup my gear. i do not want anyone’s man love, but thanks…
Thanks a lot again again. Great selections. Helps to suppress the feeling of “I missed something”, that otherwise keeps me up at night scouting through every post on my favourite blogs.. :)
btw. ever checked out tracasseur.com? I find a lot of nice sound there as well, which mostly is kinda similar to the genres in here I think…. And they post A LOT! :)
i love tracasseur’s taste, but i had to stop reading that blog. they make it very difficult to download songs. also, Synthetic Rocks and Disco Dust post most of what they do, so it’s not missing out too much. Tracasseur has a terrible flash-mp3 player which they need to kill and replace…
Agreed, their player/preview system sucks..! But I still like the blog, and all the info they give on each post :)
But must admit I havnt watched Synthetic Rocks just yet, maybe I should.. :)

Honestly speaking I’d prefer if u’d post say around 2 to 7 tracks max a post… Why? because it encourages ppl to read the comments and ur view on the songs (instead of the click download next page attitude) I believe that giving huge bulks like that just make the blog seem a bit less professional or at least that’s how I see it.
Instead What I’d do would be like an end of the month a “top 10 favourite songs (or 20 even) playlist” just so it keeps ur blog nice and tidy (amount of data wise per post) and as i said encourage us to read ur coms :P
whoa, i got jupiter one & ahllex to respond, thanks! i like how Sunday ‘86 is a nice mix between electro and 8bit chiptune-ish with a synth line…. and simple P, that’s a nice idea. but it’s so hard to pick 10-20 songs! but i will consider it…. maybe if i can be pickier, i can get it down to 20 songs and post them like normal mp3 (and include link back to original blog)?
